The highlight this week was day 104 which was spent with Annie from Mammasaurus, Kitty and Ozzy at RHS Wisley. It’s always a beautiful spot but on such a sunny day, it was just glorious. We explored the gardens and had lots of fun together. The rest of the week was business as usual although POD did attempt her first scoot on Wednesday.
Welcome to Project 365: Week #16.
Day 103
This little fella visits our garden all the time. Really nice he dropped by while I was holding my camera.
Day 104
Monday was a brilliant day spent at RHS Wisley with Annie from Mammasaurus, Kitty and Ozzy. Annie wrote a great post entitled Making Friends which sums it up beautifully. It was a really great day that saw us explore almost every nook and cranny.
We got to see an orchid display while we were there too which was pretty special.
Day 105
A quick look round the garden today reaped its rewards as a few tulips had opened. It’s become cooler since though and they’ve closed.
Day 106
We walked to nursery on Wednesday. As POD has had little opportunity to practice her scooting since her (Christmas Day) birthday, we took that too. She did brilliantly for a time although she’s not keen on learning to turn yet!
Once she’d had a good go, she walked with her scooter, jumped over it and sat on it. The usual 20 minute journey took 1.5 hours and despite this don’t take a picture of me face, it was great she insisted on walking most of the way.
Day 107
Spotted one of these at lunchtime, not perfect but nice to photograph all the same.
Day 108
On Good Friday POD had an Easter Egg hunt in the garden before blowing dandelion clocks and enjoying her swing. We’re up at the crack of sparrows tomorrow for a fleeting visit to Devon so just six days from us this week.
Lovely photos and a lovely week – you enjoy Devon and love to POD xxx
Super snap of the robin and great pictures of POD, as usual. Now who does the frowny face one remind me of, I wonder?
Great week and more stunning photos. I adore the bag she is holding x #365 x
The robin is gorgeous, and I love the Easter egg hunt pic too. Have a great holiday!
Beautiful pics as always and lucky you spending the day with Annie! I was lucky enough to queue up with her for the portaloos at Camp Bestival a couple of years ago 🙂 x

Love POD’s bag, enjoy Devon, hope the weather holds for you #365
Amazing photos, it sounds like you had a brilliant day with Annie
Love as always! It was great seeing a pic of you in action over at mammasaurus. The fact that little birdie has something in his beak makes that picture just extra special!
Such beautiful photos. Impressed with your 1.5 hour journey to nursery! I’ve always wanted to photograph the birds in our garden, but they’re too quick for me!
Loving all of the close ups of the flowers!! x
Loving your pictures as always. The robin one is my favourite.
I love POD’s face in the scooting pic – not so sure! Hope you had a lovely time and very impressed that you manage to snap that bird, mine always fly away before I manage to get the camera out!
So glad you had some lovely time out this week, POD looks so big these days! x
Beautiful photos from what looks and sounds like a lovely week x #Project365
Aww, look at her face! Great photo’s and week by the looks of it Charly! I love the Tulip shot! x
Another lovely collection of photos. I love POD’s “don’t take a photo” face, and it sounds like you had a great day with Mammasaurus. I also love your robin picture – we have a pair of robins that visit our garden and I love seeing them 🙂
what a lovely week you’ve had. Love your photos of the flowers, so much detail
Beautiful photos as always. Love the orchid and she looks very busy on her easter hunt!
Sounds like you have had a really fun and busy week enjoying the sunshine!
Perfect weather for an egg hunt
Gorgeous photos. Orchids are my absolute favourite flower.
you captured the robin with the worm or grub in its beak – such a great photo! Pod’s spotty cycling helemt is so pretty and she looks like she enjoyed her easter egg hunt – she certainly looks pleased with her loot!
i hope you are enjoying your stay in Devon xx
Lovely photos. Emma does the same with her scooter. It’s rather annoying
Gorgeous photos Charly. Looks like you guys had a really lovely week. #365
The photograph of the robin is stunning!
hope she enjoyed her Easter egg hunt. I love the robin as well, complete with its wee beastie in its beak. Had a chuckle at her “dont photograph me ” face
How on Earth do you do it? Do you just lie down for ages and have special glasses that help you see everything in so much detail? The dandelion clock is amazing, the look on Pod’s face, and the detail on the flowers!
Thanks for linking up to Project 365.
Beautiful photos as ever. Love the one of POD at Wisley and the tulip is stunning. I do like PODs don’t photograph me face too 🙂
As also beautiful photos! Love the one of POD on the Easter egg hunt!
