We’ve tried various sleep solutions in the past and they’ve made no difference to the POD Father’s snoring. Added to which its become much louder over recent years. We’re not talking a little snort every now and again either, we’re talking that shake the house kind of snoring. Suffice to say there have been many nights when all three of us just don’t get enough sleep. Even the POD Father as he regularly wakes himself up with the sound of his own snoring! When we heard about the Good Night Anti-Snoring Ring, expectations were very low although the POD Father was willing to give it a go.
So the Good Night Anti-Snoring Ring is a clinically trialled, natural and non-invasive way to help reduce or stop snoring. Available in 3 sizes from Boots, Amazon, local pharmacies and online (RRP £29.99), the ring is worn on the little finger 30 minutes before going to sleep and through the night. The ring has two acupressure points located on the little finger. These free up nasal passages and make it easier for wearers to breathe through their nose rather than snort through their mouth. The ring can take up to 7 days to work and heavy snorers are advised to wear one on both little fingers. That said the manufacturers are so convinced the Good Night Anti-Snoring Ring will make a difference, they offer a 30 day money-back guarantee.
We were sure that the POD Father would fall into this category so we were somewhat surprised when we all had a better night’s sleep the first time he wore it. Convinced I was just tired and fell asleep before him, expectations were higher on day two. But already there was a change, the POD Father’s dreadful snoring was replaced with calmer breathing. He sounded more relaxed and content as he slept too. It was much the same in the days that followed. The only time he snored was when he fell asleep on the sofa and wasn’t wearing his ring. As well as all of us getting more sleep, the Good Night Anti-Snoring Ring has also made a difference to the POD Father. This is what he said when I asked if it made a difference to how he felt:
“I was hugely sceptical when my wife suggested the answer to my snoring was a ring for my pinkie. One week in and I’m now happy to evangelise about this incredible product. Not only has my snoring been so greatly reduced that I no longer need an elbow or knee at 3am, but my sleep in general has been much deeper and less interrupted. I don’t know why this works, quite simply it just does”.
The Good Night Anti-Snoring Ring was invented by Michael Carter-Smith who is the former saxophonist of 1960’s rock band, Amen Corner (“Bend Me, Shape Me”). A recent study commissioned found nearly 80% of those trialled over a two week period were less irritated with their partners and would recommend the product to other snorers. We’ve been so impressed with it, we’ve done that already. If you have a snorer at home, do have a look at the Good Night Anti-Snoring Ring. Now is a great time to give it a try as it’s National Stop Snoring Week from the 25th to 29th April.
