Hello and welcome to week #28 of the Black and White Photography Project. Thank you to everyone that joined in last week, so much monochrome loveliness.
This project has been great for tinkering with photos you might normally leave in colour. These photographs were taken at Bockett’s Farm in Surrey. POD has only been on a pony once before but took to it like a duck to water. It’s a lovely photo in colour but seems more emotional in monochrome somehow. Perhaps it’s because she looks so unbelievably grown-up (and cheeky!).

POD looks adorable on that pony – so grown up and seems to be really enjoying her pony ride too 🙂

Lovely photo, the one from behind is great as POD looks so tiny on that expanse of white horse 🙂
That’s a large horse for a little girl! Pleased to see the leggings stayed down for horse riding
She looks happy and confident on the horse! Luce has been taking riding lessons and loves it.
She looks tiny up on that horse but looks like she’s having fun and full of confidence! Lovely photos.
It looks like she’s having lots of fun, a little girls dream day x
She does look so grown up, and full of confidence!
oh wow Charly .. how grown up does POD look in these pictures!
POD is braver then me, like the look of horses but not so keen on sitting on them.
POD does look incredibly cheeky 🙂 It really works in B&W with the contrast of POD against the horse. Thanks for hosting!
She is looking grown up – and brave! You wouldn’t get me on a horse! Love the use of black and white in photography and I’ve finally got around to joining in this week! 🙂
Another terrific photo – what a brave girl!
