Thank you so much for joining in with the Black and White Photography Project over the past few days – and for your wonderful comments. From the macro shots last week, this time we’re at the Southbank – I just love the diversity of this project!
How to join in
To join in with the Black & White Photography Project, just link up a short post, with or without words, featuring a black and white photograph. You can link up a collection of black and white photographs too if you prefer. The photograph/s can be from any time – old and new are welcome. You’ll find a post on how to create better black and white photographs here.
Share your photo on Instagram using #bwphotoproject (PODcast is here). You can also share your posts and photos in the B&W Photography Project Facebook Group.
The Black and White Photography Project runs every Sunday. The Linky is live from that day through to Saturday. If you include a link back to PODcast or the blog badge I’ll happily share your post for you.

I love the second photograph! The vibrancy of the lights with the ship and the water is beautiful. I’m a bit jealous of your location. The places you visit are exceptional and perfect for such memorable photographs. Have a fantastic Sunday!
The first photo is really interesting but the second one is so striking, it works amazingly well in black and white. Love the Southbank 🙂
Really beautiful pictures, I love the wall mural. I’ve only been a few times but I do love the Southbank.
Both brilliant pictures! X
The second photo *almost* doesn’t look like London at all – great shots as always x
That second photo is so striking WOW I love it. What a great black and white capture. Be great to frame for the wall! Thanks for hosting my lovely. #bwproject
Love that second photo!
The river shot looks wonderful, so much to take in.
Brilliant photos! x

The lights on the boat echo but are a contrast to the lights on the buildings – great shot.
sorry i am late to the party! i nearly forgot and i did forget completely, i did a post and then it went out my mind!
Love the street art. Next time I’m in central London, maybe we’ll take a detour to Leake Street and try photographing it in b&w. The second photo is lovely too – I don’t know what that building is, but it’s so impressive and one that certainly catches my eye whenever we walk along the river. Thanks for the linky! I’m really enjoying it! 🙂
That second photo makes London look very central European grand – Budapest or the like. The B&W brings out its regality.
Great Linky as always.
I love the boat on the water – the black and white makes the reflections stand out – gorgeous.
You have made the South Bank look spectacular. One of my favourite parts of London made to look even better! Thanks for hosting.
Love them hun! Thank you for hosting x
